Baked Zucchini Chips

Oh MY Goodness..These are SO good.

Full of flavor. Slightly spicy.  Amazing.


1 lb. (about 4 cups) thin sliced Zucchini*
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. olive oil (optional)
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar


In a medium bowl, whisk salt, peper, olive oil (if used), and vinegar
Add sliced zucchini
Toss with the “dressing” to coat.
Arrange slices on dehydrator trays
Dehydrate at 135 degrees for 5-6 hours or until crispy

Dehydrating vegetables, like zucchini, can take several hours depending on the moisture content of the environment and humidity in the air. Make sure to cut a slice to check for doneness. If no moisture appears when you cut it, then it has been properly dehydrated.

Serve with your favorite dip, and let your guests enjoy!
