For so long I’ve been trying to create a dairy-free coffee creamer. Finally one morning I decided to try to make it with ingredients I had at home, and here’s the product! A Paleo Coffee Creamer Recipe.
1 can coconut milk
1 Tbsp coconut palm sugar OR Grade B Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 drops high quality peppermint essential oil ( I use DoTerra) OR 1 tsp peppermint extract
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Store in the fridge in a mason jar
