It’s probable to lose about 20 pounds of body fat in just 30 days by improving any of the three factors: diet, drug or supplement regimen and exercise.

Do you want to lose 20 pounds in just 30 days?

Just simply follow the easy guide below, and those body fats of yours will vanish in 30 days.

Rule #1: Avoid “white” carbohydrates

Stay away from carbohydrates, which are white. The following foods are, therefore, forbidden, except in 1.5 hours after concluding resistance training for a minimum of 20 minutes duration: bread, cereal, fried foods with breading, pasta, potatoes and rice. If you stay away from foods that are white, you are safe.

Rule #2: Eat the same few meals over and again

The most effective dieters, not taking into account whether their aim is muscle gain or losing fat, consume the same little meals over and again. Combine and match, making every meal with a piece from one of the three following groups:

Proteins:

  • Egg whites with one whole egg for flavor
  • Chicken breast or thigh
  • Grass-fed organic beef
  • Pork

Legumes:

  • Lentils
  • Black beans
  • Pinto beans

Vegetables:

  • Spinach
  • Asparagus
  • Peas
  • Mixed vegetables

Rule #3: Don’t drink calories

Drink large amounts of water and as much coffee (without the cream), diet sodas, tea, unsweetened tea or zero-calorie/low-calorie drinks that you like. Refrain from drinking milk, fruit juice or soft drinks. If you like wine, take at least one glass each evening, which is believed to aid sports recovery and losing fat. Recent studies on resveratrol support this.

Rule #4: Take one day off per week

You can set Saturday as “Dieters Gone Wild” day. In this day, you can eat whatever you want; escape from your diet to eat Snickers, ice cream, Take 5 and indulge in your vices.  In contradiction, radically increasing intake of calories in this manner once every week can increase fat loss by making sure that your metabolic rate (function of the thyroid, etc.) does not affect regulation from long caloric restriction. That is correct: indulging in unhealthy food can help you lose fat.
