Kale is considered as one of the healthiest vegetables around. Aside from its cholesterol-lowering ability, kale is highly regarded for supporting the body’s detoxification system.
Recent studies revealed that the nutrients found in kale can help promote detoxification at the genetic level. Experts also identified more than 45 different flavonoids in kale. With quercetin and kempferol topping the list, the flavonoids packed in kale combine both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits, making kale a healthy food to include in your diet.
