Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 16 oz jar of traditional mild salsa
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Place the cranberries in the bowl of a food processor.
  2. Pulse until cranberries are minced, but not pureed.
  3. In a large bowl add the minced cranberries, salsa, chopped cilantro and green onion.
  4. Gently stir until the mixture is combined.
  5. Serve salsa cold with tortilla chips.
