Maybe the easiest way to exercise and burn a lot of calories is dancing. All you have to do is to pick your favorite tune, take your baby in your hands and have fun. While dancing all you should have in mind is to keep your abs drawn in to have the best results. You can put a variety in the music tempo, so you will keep your heart rate high without loosing your breath. Another way to exercise is to put your baby in a swing and just dance around him. Making large movements will look fun for baby, so both of you will be happy.
